Starting at around 1000 pounds, our compact two panel trailers tow easily behind absolutely everything! Rolling easily on 19” trailer wheels with independent torsion axles, ground clearance is excellent, and these trailers are absolutely perfect to drag up into the mountains to power your campsite, cabin, or radio tower - or, just to keep around your property for mobile power.

650W of Solar

All of our two panel trailers have 600+W of high quality solar panels that can quickly and easily be tilted into position to catch the sun - but they keep charging when the panels are stowed, too. The trailer can easily be pivoted by hand to follow the sun if you need to optimize production, or you can just point it south and soak up plenty of energy too!

Battery Bank

The two panel trailers start with a lightweight, affordable 5kWh AGM battery bank, but can easily be upgraded to a larger, 10kWh bank for more demanding power needs. These sealed lead acid batteries are maintenance free, work just fine in the winter, and have an expected lifespan of 10 years under regular use - so should last even longer with less frequent backup power use. The low internal resistance of Trojan’s solar AGMs allows for a small pack to start a big load!

Inverter and Outlets

Our two panel trailers use a Midnite Solar DIY to handle battery charging from solar, 120V output, and charging from grid power. This combination unit keeps cost and weight down, while still being a stout unit that will typical household and campsite loads.

If you need split phase 240V power, an Aims Power 4kW inverter will run well pumps, air compressors, and furnace blowers, while still keeping the trailer light enough to be towed behind anything.
